> Biennial Art Show
Every two years, the current students of the Cats and Dragons Art Studio in Petaluma have a full-fledged art show at a premier art gallery in town. The Pelican Art Gallery has won ‘best art gallery’ in Petaluma numerous times, and hosts Master Artists on a regular basis.
For the student art show, the art produced at the Cats and Dragons Art Studio is prepared and hung on the walls at Pelican Art, just like for Master Artists. A public reception is held, with newspaper and social media announcements of the event. This is a wonderful way for the student artists to experience the thrill of being in a real art exhibit.
Below are some of the works which will be included in the show in March 2011.
